I am having some issues that I think may be side effects of my medication. Are you currently taking or have you taken Lamictal in the past? If so, have you experienced the same side effects?
For several weeks now, I have had very vivid dreams. Most of them feel very real. I am thankful that none of them have been nightmares. The problem with them is that I always wake up immediately after having one of these dreams and can never go right back to sleep. It’s cutting in to what little sleep I get.
Speaking of sleep, I am also having night sweats. I have done this with another medication (although I cannot remember which one at this moment) so I assume that is what it is. It is a minor annoyance but waking up in a puddle of sweat for the last week is getting old.
On another note, it’s been an interesting morning. I have a ChiPin named Rowdy. It’s a mix between a Chihuahua and a miniature Doberman Pinscher. He is a little fellow but he thinks he is a lion. We have what we call a neighborhood dog. He’s a yellow lab mix who was abandoned here about two years ago. Everyone watches after him and we call him “Yellow Dog”. Rowdy and Yellow have always been buddies, even though Yellow is much bigger. He has always overlooked Rowdy’s playful puppy nips and is very careful not to get too rough with him. He’s a sweet dog.
When I took Rowdy outside this morning, Yellow was on the sidewalk. Rowdy walked up to him and started playing with him and sniffing him like he normally does but it quickly turned. He bit Yellow pretty hard in the neck and started growling and lunging towards him. Yellow backed up and ignored him but Rowdy was really after him. I had to literally drag him back in the house to make him stop. I don’t know what caused him to suddenly be aggressive with Yellow but I am thankful that I was able to separate the two before either of them got hurt.
Anyway, I have a few things I need to get done this morning. I am going to try to post some more art work this afternoon so check back later. Have a great day!
